Dr Katherine Athanasiou

Since 2016, I have been working as a psychotherapist in private practice, offering tailored psychotherapy and systemic counseling sessions to address challenges in wellbeing, career, relationships, professional growth, and personal happiness. My areas of specialization include Systemic Family Therapy and Business Interventions in multinational environments. In my practice, I use tools from many disciplines such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Psychology, Motivational Coaching, Appreciative Inquiry, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy to provide holistic and effective solutions to my clients. Actually the only one who can provide the solution is YOU, the Client. I can only open a window, create a source, become a vehicle to find your strengths and realizations.

In addition to my private practice, I have extensive experience in organizational settings. I have facilitated Employee Assistance Programs for companies in Greece and abroad, working with diverse teams to enhance collaboration, manage stress, and achieve professional goals. My recent role as Success Counselor for Fundamental Hospitality Ltd. in the UAE hospitality sector involved coaching executives, designing personal development plans, leading recruitment and training efforts, and supporting stress management initiatives.
